These photographs were taken at the recent rally held in East Stour on the weekend 15-17 June. The event was described by all who attended as a huge success. There were 22 Lions clubs represented at the event with people arriving from Dundee in the north to France in the south.
The weekend culminated in a Fancy Dress Party with a pirate theme. As you will see from the photographs the hall was decorated with pirate flags, masts and sails while a poop deck, complete with wheel, was assembled on the stage.
After a three course meal prepared by our ladies the evening continued with dancing with music provided by Ann and Norman.
Sunday began with a full English breakfast prepared by our members and, after an exchange of banners, the party broke up for another year.
