in the Blackmore Vale area

For use by anyone who feels vulnerable while living at home

A form is filled in with personal and medical details of
illnesses, medication, allergies and name and telephone
number of a contact. it is placed in the green labelled plastic
container, which is then stored in the refrigerator

Two special green stickers provided are placed in the house, one inside the front door and the other on the outside of the refrigerator. All emergency services are aware of the scheme and will locate the bottle and pass it on to a doctor or hospital in an emergency.
